• Salary: $78,000+ (Depending on Experience)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid over 3 years)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Audiologist to join our Watertown, NY team. This is an ideal opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates looking to develop their expertise in a progressive, multidisciplinary environment.

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients.
• Conduct advanced diagnostic testing including VNG, Posturography, DPOAEs, Tympanometry, Tinnitus Assessments, and CAPD testing.
• Fit, program, and verify hearing aids from Oticon, Phonak, Starkey, and 3rd-party programs (UHC/EPIC, TruHearing) .
• Provide tinnitus management and patient counseling, focusing on education and long-term communication success.
• Collaborate directly with Physical Therapists on vestibular rehabilitation, including BPPV and Epley maneuvers.
• Participate in educational events and continued learning opportunities.

• Competitive Base Salary: Starting at $78,000+ (based on experience)

Requirements

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required
• Eligible for New York State Audiology License
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and counseling skills
• A team player with a genuine desire to improve patient lives
• Interest in vestibular/balance diagnostics and collaborative care
