Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure exceptional service
• Manage inventory, orders, scheduling, SOP's, and vendor relationships
• Create and maintain a positive work environment
• Train and mentor bar staff to deliver top-notch service

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bar management role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar operations/numbers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
