Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled carpenter to join our dynamic team. This is not just a "hammer-and-nails" job; it is a vital role in delivering high-end retail, restaurant, and medical office build-outs.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and possesses the technical expertise to handle diverse interior systems. Key Responsibilities

• Framing & Drywall: Execute precision metal stud framing and high-quality drywall installation for commercial interiors.
• Specialty Systems: Install Acoustical Ceilings (ACT), FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panels), and integrated wall systems.
• Openings & Hardware: Expertly hang commercial-grade doors and install specialized hardware sets.
• Blueprints & Layout: Read and interpret architectural drawings to ensure all work meets exact project specifications.
• Quality Control: Maintain an uncompromising eye for detail, ensuring "start-to-finish" excellence on every project.
• Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other trades and project leads on active commercial sites.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5–10 years of professional carpentry experience, specifically in commercial construction or tenant build-outs.
• Technical Mastery: Proven proficiency in:
• • Metal stud framing & Drywall
  • Acoustical ceilings (ACT)
  • FRP installation
  • Commercial doors & hardware
• Licensing: Must possess a valid NYS Driver’s License and have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites throughout Western NY.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
• Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
