Job Description
We are hiring a Construction Clean Supervisor to oversee commercial construction cleaning projects. This role requires someone who can manage crews, communicate clearly with contractors, and step in to help with hands-on work when needed. You must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
You will manage daily jobsite tasks, support cleaners, keep projects on schedule, and make sure all safety and quality standards are met. This job involves frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
Experience leading crews or supervising teams
Knowledge of construction cleaning processes
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work alongside staff when needed
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Schedule
Full-time
Hours vary based on project needs
Mostly first or second shift with occasional weekends
