About the Role

We are looking for a highly accomplished and independent Corporate Compensation Analytics Manager to own and drive our corporate compensation strategy and operations across North America and UK/EU. You will be the primary subject matter expert and strategic partner for global corporate compensation matters, designing, implementing, and managing programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Wayfairs business objectives and talent strategy. You will report to the Global Head of Corporate Compensation and Equity.

What Youll Do

  • Strategic Compensation Leadership: Drive the end-to-end corporate compensation strategy for North America and UK/EU, ensuring alignment with global compensation philosophy and business priorities.
  • Market Intelligence & Design: Lead market research and analysis to inform salary structures, incentive plans, and compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate corporate talent.
  • High-Impact Stakeholder Management: Cultivate relationships with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders across regions. Provide expert counsel and influence on complex compensation issues.
  • Program Implementation & Governance: Oversee the full lifecycle of compensation program implementation with clear communication and adherence to policies and guidelines.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with compensation laws, pay equity regulations, and related requirements across regions. Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Advanced Analytics & Insights: Conduct data analysis, modeling, and forecasting to evaluate financial impact and present data-driven recommendations to management.
  • Executive Compensation Analysis & Administration: Perform analysis and operational tasks for executive compensation, including data review and materials for leadership or board committees as needed.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all corporate compensation operations within your regions, including annual cycles, job evaluations, salary surveys, and ongoing data analysis for improvement opportunities.
  • Project Leadership: Independently lead complex compensation projects from inception to completion, defining scope, timelines, resources, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to ensure integrated compensation initiatives.

What Youll Need

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 2-3 years in a dedicated corporate compensation role and manager-level responsibilities.
  • Deep understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations across North America, the UK, and the EU.
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for complex data modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and build relationships.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Workday or other major HRIS systems.
