Overview Courier Driver (Independent Contractor) role at Dash Courier Service. Use your own vehicle (late model Car, SUV, Minivan, Small Cargo Van, Regular Cargo Van, or Sprinter Van) to operate as an Independent Contract Courier. Dash Courier & Logistics supports major medical facilities and other industries with same-day rush deliveries. Most work is on-demand (orders called in and delivered the same day). Occasional scheduled and routed work may be available when primary on-demand customers desire it. Dash Courier is a 24/7/365 operation with onboarding for all shifts; open availability (8+ hours/day) and strong attention to detail help drive success. Job Type Independent Contractor (Contract) Responsibilities Provide on-demand delivery services, primarily same-day and rush deliveries. Operate with safety, adherence to customer requirements, and professional appearance. Maintain communication with Dash Courier and follow client-specific instructions. Ensure timely pickup and delivery, accurate documentation, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. Experience / Requirements Valid Driver's License (Required) Social Security Card or Proof of Citizenship (Required) Current vehicle registration for the vehicle you will be driving (Required) Current Vehicle Insurance Declaration Page with minimum auto policy limits of $100K/$300K/$50K (Required) Newer smartphone with GPS capability (Required) Good MVR and successful background check (Required) Experience in same-day, local and long-distance delivery (Preferred) Applicants must be 21 years of age to qualify. Diverse life/work experiences are preferred. Professional appearance and attitude are expected. This role is well-suited for retirees and individuals re-entering the workforce.
