About the job Data Entry Specialist


The Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity by accurately entering, verifying, and managing information across our systems. This role demands attention to detail, speed, and consistency to support operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:


Accurately input data from various sources into company databases or systems.

Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy; correct errors and inconsistencies.

Maintain and update existing records, ensuring data integrity.

Generate routine and ad hoc reports as required.

Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.

Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification (e.g., office software) preferred.

Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.

Strong typing skills with high accuracy.

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) or equivalent tools.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary Range:


Typically between $36,000 and $40,000, depending on experience and location.
