Position Title: Employment Associate – Private Equity / M&A
Location: Boston; Chicago
Salary Range: $225,000 - $445,000
About the Opportunity
Advises on employment aspects of private equity and M&A transactions. Drafts and negotiates employment agreements, offer letters, separation agreements, and restrictive covenants. Participates in due diligence, transaction negotiations, and employment dispute analysis.
