Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals of Kalispell is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator for a well-established local company. This position requires a professional with strong accounting expertise and proven payroll administration skills who can manage all aspects of the financial process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Manage payroll processing and reporting (weekly, quarterly, year-end)
• Prepare and issue 1099s and manage employee tax forms
• Reconcile accounts and maintain the general ledger
• Process depreciation schedules
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and Online for accounting tasks
• Prepare financial documents using Microsoft Excel, Word , and Adobe Acrobat

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll procedures
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Online , Microsoft Word , Excel , and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and be bondable
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Public accounting experience is preferred but not required
