This position is for a full-time Groundskeeper/Janitor to work at Kenolio Apartments, a 186-unit family housing community in Kihei, HI. This is a tax credit, Section 8 property. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of janitorial preferably in an apartment community setting. Position requires light maintenance experience. Basic computer skills are required for training. Salary range: $19.00 - $26.60 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $19.00 - $22.80 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
The Janitor/Groundskeeper maintains property both indoors and outdoors; conducts routine property checks to ensure they are clean and well maintained. Assists the Maintenance Technician as needed with repairs and common area cleaning.
