Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Irrigation sales/project manager to join our team! As an Irrigation sales/project manager, you will be responsible for irrigation sales development and revenue growth. Responsibilities include, but not limited, B2B and B2C network development, project search, bidding and more. We are looking for an experienced project manager having active knowledge, built in network and experience in obtaining irrigation projects. You also will be traveling to a worksite, evaluating a customer's needs, providing quotes, troubleshoot and make adjustments if needed. Candidate must have previous irrigation install/repair experience and be able to install/repair on his own if needed. The ideal candidate will enjoy working outside and has previous experience with landscaping and irrigation including sales.

Responsibilities

• The role combines sales, project management, and field work:
• Sales Development & Revenue Growth: Focus on B2B and B2C network development to drive irrigation sales.
• Project Acquisition: Identify, bid on, and secure new irrigation projects, leveraging an existing network of contacts in the industry.
• Customer Interaction: Travel to customer sites to evaluate needs, provide quotes, and troubleshoot issues.
• Project Management: Oversee secured projects from bid to completion.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate must possess a blend of sales, technical, and interpersonal skills:
• Experience: Proven experience in irrigation installation, repair, and sales is mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to perform installation and repair tasks independently ("on his own if needed").
• Networking: An active, built-in network and experience in obtaining irrigation projects.
• Communication: Strong ability to interact with customers, assess needs, and provide quotes.
• Work Environment: Enjoy working outdoors and possess previous experience with both landscaping and irrigation.
