Experienced Leasing Consultant – Modesto, CA

Ready to take your leasing career to the next level? Join BGSF , a national staffing leader, as an Experienced Leasing Consultant for a thriving community in Modesto, CA. This is a contract role offering a consistent schedule and competitive pay.

Schedule: Friday-Sunday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM;

Pay: $23/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities for the property
• Assist prospects with tours, applications, and move-ins
• Ensure compliance with property policies
• Utilize property management software for accurate recordkeeping
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience required
• Familiarity with property management software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
