Job Description

**Position Overview** The Mail Center Associate will be responsible for supporting the mail room with scanning, sorting, and delivery of mail/packages to the corporate offices as well as the preparation of outbound shipments. Includes various administrative, physical, and labor-intensive tasks. **A Day In The Life** + Receipt of mail and packages for internal and external distribution. + Utilize third party shipping system to prepare outbound mail/packages. + Maintain neat and organized merchant sample zones. + Record Retention filing, retrieval, and delivery. + Daily pick up and drop off of mail at local post office, or different company buildings. + Utilize scanning system to ensure all inbound mail and packages are recorded, sorted and delivered to addressee. + Unpack and hang or re-package all sample merchandise and deliver same day to appropriate sample zone. + Operate outbound shipping system to send out packages within 24 hours of mail center receipt. + Check copiers daily for any issues and maintain print rooms with daily check and replenishment of paper and toner. + Pick up and delivery of record retention boxes. + Other duties as needed. **You'll Come With** + High School Diploma or GED. + Valid state driver's license. + Experience: Mail Center, delivery, receiving, shipping experience a plus. + Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift 30 lbs. \#LI-JL1 **Come join our team.
