Caring Companions is branching out to Massachusetts! We will be serving clients in Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Springfield and West Springfield.

To be considered:
- Have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Professional Caregiver
- Punctual
- Reliable
- Personable
- Can work independently and as a team member

We are seeking 5-10 caregivers/CNA/HHA who can work during the week and/or weekends and be comfortable driving your client in your own vehicle.
Caring Companions offers assignments between 3 hours to 12 hours and everything in-between. We are a non-medical home care agency that assists seniors and many Veterans throughout Connecticut and Southern Massachusetts.

Monday-Friday 9am-2pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am-3pm
Monday and Tuesday 9am-9pm OR 9pm-9am
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am-9pm OR 9pm-9am
Saturday and Sunday 9am-9pm OR 9pm-9am
Saturday and Sunday 8am-12pm
Saturday and Sunday 9am-9pm OR 9pm-9am

Hiring ASAP
$16.50-$18.50

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist clients with mobility, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care plans.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to all safety and health protocols to ensure the well-being of clients.

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Connecticut or Massachusetts or HHA.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move clients safely.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
