Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pool systems, including plumbing, electrical, filtration, and related components
• Perform high-quality pool repairs efficiently and thoroughly
• Ensure timely completion of repair projects and adherence to established schedules
• Maintain accurate service records and prepare detailed reports on completed work
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal safety regulations and company standards
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding repair needs, project timelines, and progress updates
• Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Lead and support a team of technicians to achieve project goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in pool repair or maintenance, including 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of pool plumbing, electrical systems, pumps, heaters, and filtration systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
