Behavior Specialists (LBS) at the Springtime School , Potential Inc.'s private school for learners with autism , develop and oversee behavior interventions for school students, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, and support teachers with skill acquisition programs.

Work/life balance is important to us. 40 hour work week with flexible hours and opportunities to complete work from home outside of school day (8:30-3:00) plus only work 210 days per year. Small caseloads ranging from 8-10 students, with a tiered behavior system to ensure balanced caseloads
