For a duration of 6 months (with the potential to be extended) we are looking for a German‑speaking Chat Operator who will be part of our international marketing department. The goal is to support our clients by being the first point of contact via our chat system on our website. Responsibilities Be in direct communication with our customers via the website chat. Support customer queries by being the first point of contact. Verify and correctly input client information into our CRM database. Qualifications Living in Poland. First experience in customer support is a plus. High level of accuracy and ability to deal with repetitive tasks. Strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word. Strong written and verbal skills in German (C1 or above) and English (business proficiency). Team oriented to cooperate within an international marketing team. Willingness to commit to a 6‑month project with potential to be extended. What we offer Starting salary at 7,541 PLN Gross. Full‑time position. Remote working.
