Responsibilities: The Security Agent will report to the Manager on Duty and will respond to and handle guest and security issues. The Security Agent will manage situations according to hotel policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the security of the hotel assets, guests, and team members. Duties include but are not limited to patrolling the hotel to ensure guests and team members are safe and the hotel is secure, answering in-house calls, assisting team members and guests as needed.
