Senior Graphic Designer

At Qualtrics, visual storytelling shapes how we connect with our customers and express our brand. We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative studio, driving high-impact visual communications across marketing, digital, and event channels. This role is key to delivering clear, compelling designs that support company-wide initiatives and brand consistency. Working closely with marketing managers, copywriters, and fellow designers, you'll lead projects independently and mentor others to elevate our creative output.

Takes ownership of design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring work is on-brand and impactful.

Translates complex strategies into visually compelling, clear, and innovative creative solutions.

Acts as a brand steward, maintaining consistency and quality across all design touchpoints.

Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, understanding business objectives and delivering accordingly.

Provides mentorship and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers, helping grow the team's skills.

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, with strong typography and design fundamentals.

Manages multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.

Develop leadership skills by mentoring and guiding a diverse creative team.

Expand your strategic thinking by contributing to high-level marketing campaign planning.

Gain experience managing end-to-end creative projects across digital, print, and event platforms.

Build proficiency in advanced design tools and new motion graphics skills (e.g., After Effects).

Collaborate closely with multiple departments, deepening understanding of cross-functional marketing operations.

Lead the design and execution of on-brand visual assets including marketing collateral, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, websites, and event branding to drive customer engagement.

Translate marketing objectives into innovative visual concepts and solutions that resonate across varied platforms.

Serve as a guardian of our brand by ensuring consistency and high-quality output in all creative materials and refining brand guidelines as necessary.

Own assigned projects, managing timelines, feedback, and final delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and creative teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful designs.

Mentor junior and mid-level designers by providing feedback, sharing best practices, and fostering professional growth.

5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency, design firm, or fast-paced in-house creative environment.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

A strong, curated online portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals, typography, creative problem-solving, and a variety of print, digital, and environmental work.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and proficiency in Figma.

Knowledge or experience in basic motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing is a plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects and deliver high-quality work on time.

Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly present and explain design decisions.
