A Senior Owner's Construction Manager serves as the primary onsite representative for the building owner. Overseeing the general contractor and construction progress with strong focus on risk and financial oversight. This experienced position entails proactively identifying, tracking, and escalating project risks, reviewing financial documents, and aligning schedules to ensure project outcomes are safeguarded, reporting to the Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Risk & Issue Management: Act as the primary escalation point on site. Proactively identify and
manage items in the risk log, analyze financial and schedule impacts, and make informed
decisions on potential change orders.
• Financial & Contractual Oversight: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of General Contractor
payment applications and change order requests before forwarding them to the internal team for
approval.
• Schedule Analysis: Support the evaluation of bid schedules and construction schedule updates.
Leverage project trackers to verify work progress and ensure alignment with key project
milestones.

sound on-site judgment, leading project meetings, and holding contractors accountable to project
goals. Expertise in managing construction project risks, handling change orders, and processing

construction management software, particularly Procore and Smartsheet, is essential.
