About the role

You'll own how the world's data flows into Gamma. As the PM for Integrations & API, you'll define the strategy for importing everything from Google Docs and PDFs to spreadsheets and brand assets, while building our API into an independent business line. You'll design workflows for templates, media libraries, and automations, and you'll forge partnerships with frontier AI labs, integration platforms, and the biggest data platforms in the world.

This role combines product strategy with handson execution. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, build relationships with key partners, and ship features that make Gamma the creative hub for millions. You'll balance consumerfacing import experiences with developerfocused API products, ensuring both feel effortless and powerful. If you love turning messy integration challenges into elegant solutions and can move between customer demos and technical API discussions seamlessly, this is your role.

Our team has a strong inoffice culture and works in person 45 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.

What youll do

• Drive import strategy across all content types: docs, PDFs, slides, spreadsheets, brand assets, and beyond
• Define and ship user experiences for templates, media library, and automation workflows within Gamma
• Grow our API into an independent business line with clear product positioning and gotomarket strategy
• Own relationships with key integration partners, from frontier AI labs to integration platforms and major data platforms
• Partner with solutions engineering to maintain public API documentation, examples, and developer resources
• Balance consumerfacing polish with developerfirst thinking, ensuring both audiences love using Gamma

What youll bring

• 5+ years of product management experience at fastmoving consumer or prosumer companies
• Experience building and launching APIs or MCPs as a product, with proven ability to balance developer and enduser experiences
• Track record of scaling a new product into a significant revenue stream
• Customerfacing mindset with ability to lead demos, guide B2B partners through API adoption, and gather feedback directly from users
• Technical fluency to get handson with API and import flows, comfortable building an integration yourself if needed
• Daily user of AI products with strong intuition for how AI can enhance creative workflows (Nice to have)

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
