Job Description
Our client has an IMMEDIATE need for a Title & Insurance Clerk for their Wayne, PA office. This company is a growing financial services provider in the manufactured housing lending industry.
Job Details: Title & Insurance Clerk Schedule: Monday- Friday 9AM-6PM onsite
Pay Rate: $19–$21/hr
Location: Wayne, PA
• Secure manufactured home titles through state agencies or VINtek
• Ensure company liens are properly recorded
• Resolve title issues by communicating with state agencies
• Monitor hazard and flood insurance coverage on active loans
• Send insurance renewal and cancellation notices
• Process returned mail and update customer information
• Record insurance premium payments received via mail
• Prepare forceplaced insurance quotes for borrowers with lapsed coverage
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
• At least 2 years of office experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Valid Driver’s License
• Preferred: Experience with DMV/title work
