Job Summary

Were seeking a creative, motivated, and multi-talented Visual Designer to bring Levitates apparel line and live event experiences to life visuallyacross digital, print, social, merchandise, and environmental design.

This role sits at the intersection of design, marketing, and storytelling. Youll collaborate with our marketing, events, and apparel teams to deliver compelling visuals that reflect Levitates identity, engage our community, and support our continued growth across both brand and performance channels.

The ideal candidate has a passion for both apparel and brand-building and an interest or experience in marketing and creative advertising. You should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and constantly evolving environment, and enjoy shaping concepts and delivering eye-catching creative across apparel, live events, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design visual assets across various media: website graphics, social media (static and video), email campaigns, digital ads, posters, flyers, signage, merchandise, packaging, lookbooks, and more
  • Create and refine apparel graphics, seasonal collection visuals, and product mockups
  • Collaborate with the events team on branding, signage, stage backdrops, wayfinding, maps, printed programs, and environmental graphics
  • Support marketing efforts with cohesive, creative storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints
  • Develop motion graphics, simple animations, and transitions for digital content
  • Assist with short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikToks) by designing overlays, transitions, and motion elements
  • Design digital marketing and email assets to drive traffic to the site and support campaigns in innovative and engaging ways
  • Deliver creative advertising contentespecially for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid social ad formats, email, and webwith a strong focus on storytelling for both new and existing customers
  • Develop and test different creative executions; iterate on learnings and apply insights to future campaigns
  • Learn existing design systems and translate visual direction across multiple marketing channels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design touchpoints
  • Manage and organize assets, maintain version control, and optimize exports in coordination with production vendors
  • Participate in brainstorming, concept development, and creative reviews
  • Handle multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities


Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience designing for marketing channels including:


    • Social media (organic and paid)
    • Email marketing
    • Digital advertising and paid social (especially Meta platforms)


  • Experience with motion tools (After Effects, Premiere, or similar)
  • Strong skills in layout, typography, branding, color theory, and visual storytelling
  • Enthusiasm or experience in short-form content, video editing, or motion design
  • Familiarity or experience with Figma
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with a hands-on creative approach
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant work in apparel, branding, event, or digital marketing design

Reporting & Team Structure

This position reports to Ownership and the Brand Marketing Manager, and works closely with the E-commerce, Events, Merchandising, and Operations teams. You may also collaborate with external vendors, printers, production houses, and event partners.
