Warehouse Quality Supervisor - Los Angeles, CA

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations with a focus on quality control
• Implementing and monitoring SOPs for handling household goods and commercial freight
• Leading quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
• Managing inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage control
• Supervising a team of warehouse staff, providing training and performance feedback
• Coordinating with relocation teams to ensure timely and secure transfers
• Maintaining inventory integrity and accuracy through routine audits
• Ensuring all warehouse equipment and safety procedures are up to date
• Investigating and resolving service issues or complaints related to warehouse handling
• Preparing quality reports and suggesting process improvements
• Supporting compliance with DOT, OSHA, and industry-specific regulations
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in the moving/relocation sector
• Strong knowledge of quality control protocols and warehouse management systems
• Experience with household goods (HHG) or office & industrial (O&I) relocations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service excellence
