VyFy Wellness Club, a division of MagnaWave, Inc., is currently seeking a reliable full-time Wellness Technician/Wellness Coach to provide services at Louisville's premier health and wellness center. Our facility is located in the heart of old Middletown, off Watterson Trail and Shelbyville Road. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness as well as be detail oriented, engaging, positive, energetic, knowledgeable, resourceful, and eager to make sales to help grow our business. Experience is a plus but not necessary as we are willing to train someone who is eager to learn!

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide excellent service to our club members and guests.
• Perform cryotherapy, red light sauna, float tank, PEMF, compression, and similar health/wellness services to clients.
• Provide tours for new customers, educating guests and members on our services and their benefits.
• Retail sales of memberships, packages, and products.
• Represent the company in a professional matter at other businesses and local events.
• Conduct regular cleaning of the facility, including laundry, sanitization, and sterilization.
• Ability to manage a demanding environment while maintaining a quiet, calm, and soothing atmosphere for guests.
• Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the center.
• Maintain and increase knowledge of the uses of services offered as well as the benefits.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Skills, Education, and Experience:

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous cryotherapy, wellness, or spa experience preferred.
• Demonstrate integrity, discretion; conduct self in a professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Mac experience preferred. Experience with appointment scheduling software highly desired.
• Demonstrate a desire and ability to create an inviting and welcoming space for guests and members.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
• Full-time, with flexibility, must be able to work some evenings, some holidays, and mandatory 2 Saturdays per month

Full-time Monday - Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. but flexible, with rotating 2 Saturdays per month.
