Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Entry-Level Event Marketing & Fundraising Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are excited about making a difference while building hands-on experience in event marketing, fundraising, and community outreach. No prior experience is required—full paid training is provided.
Represent nonprofit partners at events and community outreach initiatives
Engage with attendees to share mission-driven messaging and encourage involvement
Support the planning, setup, and execution of fundraising events and promotional campaigns
Maintain a positive and professional brand image on behalf of clients
Help track donor interactions and event performance metrics
Assist in creating engaging displays, promotional materials, and event setups
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals
Provide feedback and ideas to improve event strategies and donor engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for nonprofit work, community engagement, and helping others
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with the public
Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
Dependable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Previous event, fundraising, customer service, or promotions experience is a plus—but not required
Full paid training in event marketing, fundraising, and community outreach
