Debt finance Attorney

A premier business law firm headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut is seeking a Debt Finance Attorney to join its nationally recognized practice. This is a rare chance to handle sophisticated financing transactions while enjoying a hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote.

About the Role

• Advise on leveraged finance, acquisition financing, and liquidity solutions.
• Partner with colleagues in M&A, tax, and litigation to deliver integrated counsel.
• Work with a client base that includes middle-market private equity sponsors, institutional lenders, and high-growth companies.
• Gain hands-on responsibility and direct client interaction from day one.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of debt finance experience at a law firm or financial institution.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.
• Admission in NY, NJ, or CT (or ability to waive in).

Location & Flexibility

• Based in Stamford, CT.
• Hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote.
