2026 Production Update – Big Improvements Ahead
We’re transitioning to full direct-to-board UV printing in 2026 so we can speed up turnaround times and improve durability while keeping your signs looking amazing.
We’re officially rolling out direct-to-board UV printing across all new orders in 2026. This is a big upgrade to how we produce your signs and will let us get your orders out faster than ever.
We recently invested in a new printer that lets us skip the wrap process entirely and print straight onto the board. To give you an idea of the speed improvement: we recently completed an order of 10 signs (6 double-sided, 4 single-sided) in under 24 hours using the new setup.
Here’s what you can expect going forward:
• All new orders will be printed using the new UV direct-to-board process. No more wrapping or laminating on standard signs.
• Need a replacement for an older wrapped sign? No worries — we can still match your previous designs so everything stays consistent.
• No laminate needed on most signs. Our UV inks have excellent scratch resistance, giving you a durable finish right out of the machine.
• Silver & Gold Metalflake options aren’t going anywhere. These specialty finishes will still be available and will look exactly the same as before.
By eliminating the wrapping and laminating steps, we’re saving a ton of production time. That helps us continue offering affordable, durable signs without cutting corners on quality.
Our goal is to move toward a 24–72 hour turnaround on most orders. As we fine-tune the new workflow, we expect to get even faster.
