You can now track your order status by clicking the link in the Dashboard Menu. There are a total of 8 steps until your order is considered complete.
- Pending Payment – Typically payments process fast and most won’t see this status.
- Processing – Rusty is preparing your files for print and correcting any mistakes.
- Printing – Your signs are in the print stage and will need time to dry (typically 24-48hrs) and be laminated with your laminate of choice as well.
- Cutting – Your signs are being cut on our CNC machine (videos on TikTok@allstarcheersigns).
- Packing – Your signs are being boxed up.
- In Transit – Your signs are in the hands of Fedex or UPS.
- Out for Delivery – Expect a UPS truck to show up today!
- Completed – Not finished yet! Help me out by logging in and confirming your order has been delivered. Once your signs arrive, scan the QR code found in your package or visit the Track Order Status page and click on confirm delivery! (unconfirmed orders will be changed to completed in 7-10 days)
