Deposit
You now have the option to pay for your signs in 2 payments! This isn't a credit service. There are no additional fees or interest whatsoever. No money will ever be withdrawn from your account unauthorized!
How it works:
The payment for your order can be split into 2 equal payments. At checkout you will simply click the 'Pay Deposit' button and the cart should automatically update. You can then pay the remainder whenever you are ready!
Your order status will change to 'processing' when the final payment has been paid and your signs will go into production. You can track your order status at anytime from your account dashboard.
SquarePay
We Process all major credit cards through SquarePay. It is a safe and reliable option for all online transactions. Whether you are paying the full amount or a deposit, Squarepay is who handles all of our online transactions to guarantee it is handled safely and securely!
Once you pay in full by credit card your order will put into the 'processing' status. This is the fastest options to receive your signs!
CHARGEBACK NOTICE!
If a chargeback is issued all signs are required to be returned in original condition or repayment must be made if no issue with your purchase. A 20% fee will be added to the order and a bill will be mailed to the customer's address. We have had several cases of miscommunication between coaches and administration resulting in chargebacks. These do affect our standing with the bank. Please contact us if an audit occurs and there is an issue with a purchase. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first. We take customer service very seriously. If a chargeback occurs, you will no longer be able to purchase through our website.
Purchase Order
In some cases we do accept Purchase Orders. Purchase orders will only be discussed with your school's accounts payable dept. In most cases we do require payment before production but we can discuss other options on a case by case basis. If you notify us that you will be paying by check via Purchase Order we can add you to a PO customer grouping. This will allow you to proceed with designing your signs, saving your signs to your account and adding the signs to your cart. Once you proceed to checkout, the PO payment option will be available. Here you will put in your PO number and fill out all of the information on the form accurately. You can place your order and it will be put into a 'Payment Pending' status. Once the check or payment is received your order will automatically go into the 'Processing' status and production will begin. You can then track the status of your order at any time from your account dashboard!
